Jamie Rempel Certified Atheltic Therapist
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Jamie has been specializing
in Athletic Therapy and Reconditioning since 2004, when he was employed with the BC Lions Football Club (2004-2005 seasons). A graduate from the University of British Columbia (Human Kinetics), he chose to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy and enrolled in the prestigious Sports Injury Management program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. Since his work in the CFL, Jamie has worked with the Vancouver Whitecaps as Head Therapist for the 2007 and 2008 Women's team, and the Langley Chiefs (2007-present) of the BC Hockey League. He is an instructor for the Sports Medicine Council of BC in Sports First Aid and Athletic Taping.
Jamie spends many days and weekends volunteering with various events around the province, including the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the annual Vancouver Sun Run, and the 2007 Canada Winter Games (Whitehorse).
